Maggie Grace is an American actress born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her most famous roles include Shannon Rutherford, a character from ABC's Lost series as well as Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. After her parents' divorce her parents separated, she moved to Worthington, Ohio to live in Los Angeles. In the midst of financial hardship, she got her first role as Rachel's Room's title character the web-based video series Rachel's Room in 2001. In 2007, she was on screen in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club and, opposite Liam Neeson's Kim Mills as Kim Mills for Taken. She reprised this role in Taken 2 (2013) and Taken 3 (2015). The actress also appeared in Alice on Malice in Wonderland which is an updated version of Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace was Shannon again in Lost's final episode and two other episodes. Grace was a part of the show's sixth season, which aired between 2013 and 2014. She plays Faith who's an avid stargazer as well as a the girl in the group. Hank Moody, played by David Duchovny, falls for her. Gyllenhaal is a part of the family and is the elder sister of Jake Gyllenhaal. As a teenager She began working on small roles with her father. She was also in Donnie Darko with her twin brother. The next film she appeared in was Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind both in 2002 and Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal received critical acclaim in both of her roles as the main character of Secretary (2002), an erotic romance drama drama as well as Sherrybaby (2006). In 2006, she received a nomination from her fellow actors for the Golden Globe Award. The actress gained more attention after playing Rachel Dawes, a superhero in The Dark Knight (2008) due to the success of several commercials she appeared in during the year 2006.
